Cheesy pasta with a creamy Indian-style Zestora White Gravy base.
Ingredients
1½ cup cooked penne or fusilli pasta
1 cup Zestora White Gravy (Add water or milk)
½ cup milk
½ cup grated cheese
½ cup mixed veggies (capsicum, corn, carrots)
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp chili flakes
Salt to taste
Method
Heat Zestora White Gravy in a pan, add milk to adjust consistency.
Add cooked veggies and sauté for 2 minutes.
Mix in pasta and toss well.
Add cheese, oregano, and chili flakes.
Cook for 2 minutes until cheese melts.
Serve hot.
