Soft vegetable koftas served in a creamy Zestora White Gravy.
Ingredients
1 cup Zestora White Gravy (Add water or milk)
1 cup grated boiled potatoes
½ cup grated paneer
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp chopped coriander
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Oil (for frying)
Method
Mix boiled potatoes, paneer, cornflour, coriander, and spices to form a soft dough.
Shape into small round koftas.
Deep fry until golden brown, drain excess oil.
Heat Zestora White Gravy in a pan.
Add fried koftas just before serving.
Garnish with cream and serve hot.
