Bell peppers stuffed with paneer & corn, served in Zestora White Gravy.
Ingredients
2 medium capsicums (halved)
½ cup paneer (crumbled)
¼ cup boiled corn
1 tsp chili flakes
½ tsp oregano
1 cup Zestora White Gravy (Add water or milk)
2 tbsp grated cheese
Salt to taste
Method
Mix paneer, corn, chili flakes, oregano, and salt for stuffing.
Fill capsicum halves with stuffing and top with cheese.
Bake or cook covered in a pan for 8–10 minutes until soft.
Heat Zestora White Gravy separately.
Pour gravy on a plate and place stuffed capsicums on top.
Garnish with herbs and serve.
Serving Suggestion
Serve as a main course with roti, naan, or paratha.
