Ingredients
- 10–12 steamed veg momos (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup Zestora Red Gravy (Add water or milk)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 1 tbsp chopped capsicum
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp tandoori masala or garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh cream or malai (optional)
- Chopped coriander for garnish
- Lemon wedge for garnish
Method – Step-by-Step
Step 1: Prepare the Base
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté chopped onions and capsicum for 1–2 minutes till soft.
Step 2: Add the Spices
Add red chilli powder, tandoori masala, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Step 3: Add Zestora Red Gravy
Pour in ½ cup Zestora Red Gravy and cook the masala on medium flame for 2–3 minutes until the oil separates slightly.
Step 4: Toss the Momos
Add the steamed momos into the spicy gravy. Gently coat them with the sauce and let them simmer for another 3–4 minutes.
Step 5: Finish and Garnish
Add fresh cream for richness (optional). Mix gently and garnish with fresh coriander and lemon.
Serving Suggestion
Serve hot as an evening snack or party starter. Pairs well with mint chutney or a cold glass of buttermilk.
