A spicy Indo-Mexican fusion snack! Classic nachos get an Indian twist with bold, rich Zestora Red Gravy – perfect for parties, movie nights, or just a fun treat.
Ingredients
- 2 cups tortilla chips (plain or lightly salted)
- ½ cup Zestora Red Gravy (Add water or milk)
- ¼ cup boiled corn kernels
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 small capsicum (finely chopped)
- 2–3 tbsp grated processed cheese or mozzarella
- ½ tsp red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp oil or butter
- Coriander leaves for garnish
- Optional: Jalapeños or olives (for topping)
Method – Step-by-Step
Step 1: Prepare the Veg Mix
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil and sauté onions and capsicum for 2 minutes. Add corn, mix, and cook for 1 minute.
Step 2: Add Zestora Red Gravy
Pour in ½ cup Zestora Red Gravy. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes till it thickens slightly.
Step 3: Assemble Nachos
In a baking tray or plate, arrange a layer of tortilla chips. Spoon the warm red gravy-veggie mixture evenly over the chips.
Step 4: Add Cheese & Garnish
Sprinkle grated cheese and red chilli flakes. Top with optional jalapeños or olives.
Step 5: Heat & Serve
Microwave for 1 minute or bake at 180°C for 3–4 minutes until cheese melts. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
