Ingredients
- 1 cup sweet corn kernels (boiled or frozen)
- ½ cup Zestora Red Gravy (Add water or milk)
- 1 tbsp oil or butter
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp milk or fresh cream
- Chopped coriander to garnish
Method – Step-by-Step
Step 1: Heat Oil & Sauté Onions
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil or butter. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Step 2: Add Aromatics
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
Step 3: Mix Spices & Add Zestora Red Gravy
Sprinkle turmeric, garam masala, and red chilli powder. Immediately pour in ½ cup Zestora Red Gravy and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Step 4: Add Corn & Cook
Add boiled corn kernels and mix well. Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5: Finish with Cream & Garnish
Add milk or fresh cream to balance the heat and make it rich. Adjust salt. Garnish with chopped coriander.
Serving Suggestion
Serve hot with jeera rice, roti, or butter naan. It also makes a great combo with flaky lachha paratha or poori on weekends.
