A flavourful and rustic North Indian-style paneer curry made effortlessly using Zestora Red Gravy.
Ingredients
- 1 cup paneer cubes (fresh or lightly sautéed)
- ½ cup Zestora Red Gravy (Add water or milk)
- ½ cup capsicum chunks (green, red or yellow)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp oil or ghee
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ¼ tsp black pepper (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Method – Step-by-Step
Step 1: Sauté Veggies
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, then toss in sliced onions and capsicum. Sauté on medium flame for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
Step 2: Add Zestora Red Gravy
Pour in Zestora Red Gravy. Let it cook for 2–3 minutes so the flavours start to blend.
Step 3: Add Spices & Paneer
Sprinkle coriander powder, garam masala, and black pepper. Mix in paneer cubes and stir gently.
Step 4: Simmer & Finish
Let the curry simmer for 5 minutes. Adjust salt. Add a splash of water if needed for consistency.
Step 5: Garnish & Serve
Turn off the flame, garnish with chopped coriander, and serve hot.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with hot phulkas, tandoori roti, or even garlic naan. Also pairs well with jeera rice or plain steamed rice.
