Hummus Power Bowl

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked quinoa or brown rice

     

  • ½ cup roasted sweet potatoes

     

  • ½ cup steamed broccoli

     

  • ¼ cup chickpeas (boiled)

     

  • 3 tbsp Zestora Classic Hummus (Add water or milk)

     

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method

  1. Arrange quinoa or rice as the base.

  2. Top with sweet potatoes, broccoli, and chickpeas.

  3. Add a scoop of Zestora Classic Hummus.

  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds.

Serving Suggestion

Serve as a full lunch or dinner meal.
