Spinach and potato koftas served in creamy Zestora Green Gravy.
Ingredients
1 cup spinach (blanched, chopped)
½ cup boiled potatoes (mashed)
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp chili flakes
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
1 cup Zestora Green Gravy (Add water or milk)
1 tbsp cream
Method
Mix spinach, potatoes, cornflour, chili flakes, and salt. Shape into koftas.

Deep fry until golden brown.

Heat Zestora Green Gravy in a pan.

Add cream and stir well.
Â
Place koftas in gravy just before serving.
Serving Suggestion
Pairs well with naan, kulcha, or steamed rice.
