Quick and light pulao cooked with Zestora Green Gravy.
Ingredients
- 1 cup basmati rice (cooked)
- ½ cup Zestora Green Gravy (Add water or milk)
- ½ cup beans and carrots (diced)
- ½ cup peas (boiled)
- 2 tbsp ghee
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add beans, carrots, and peas, sauté for 2 minutes.
- Mix in Zestora Green Gravy and stir well.
- Add cooked rice and mix gently.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes and serve hot.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with pickle, papad, or curd.
