Green Gravy Veg Pulao

Quick and light pulao cooked with Zestora Green Gravy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup basmati rice (cooked)
  • ½ cup Zestora Green Gravy (Add water or milk)
  • ½ cup beans and carrots (diced)
  • ½ cup peas (boiled)
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.

  2. Add beans, carrots, and peas, sauté for 2 minutes.

  3. Mix in Zestora Green Gravy and stir well.

  4. Add cooked rice and mix gently.

  5. Cook for 3–4 minutes and serve hot.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with pickle, papad, or curd.
