Chili Mint Veg Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms, baby corn)
  • 1 tsp Zestora Chili Mint Chutney Powder (Add water or milk)
  • 1 tbsp curd + 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Olive oil for brushing

How to Make:

  1. Mix chutney powder with curd and lemon juice.

  2. Coat the vegetables evenly and skewer them.

  3. Roast in oven or on pan until slightly charred.

  4. Brush with olive oil for a shiny finish.

Tip:

Sprinkle a bit of dry chutney powder right before serving for a stronger kick.
