1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms, baby corn)
1 tsp Zestora Chili Mint Chutney Powder (Add water or milk)
1 tbsp curd + 1 tsp lemon juice
Olive oil for brushing
How to Make:
Mix chutney powder with curd and lemon juice.
Coat the vegetables evenly and skewer them.
Roast in oven or on pan until slightly charred.
Brush with olive oil for a shiny finish.
Tip:
Sprinkle a bit of dry chutney powder right before serving for a stronger kick.
