As a White Gravy Base

• Add pouch of white gravy mix
• Add 200–250 ml milk
• Cook on medium heat while stirring continuously until smooth and thick

To Finish

• Adjust salt, fat (butter/cream), and spices as desired
• Simmer for 2–3 minutes before serving
