As a Green Gravy Base

• Take a pouch of green gravy
• Add 200–250 ml milk
• Cook on medium heat, stirring continuously until smooth and well combined

To Finish

• Add vegetables, paneer, mushrooms, or other cooked ingredients
• Adjust salt, oil/butter, and spices as per taste
• Simmer for 2–3 minutes before serving

Adjust water quantity to achieve your preferred consistency.
