Mint Potato Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 2 boiled potatoes

  • ½ cup boiled peas or carrots

  • 1 tsp Zestora Chili Mint Chutney Powder (Add water or milk)

  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs

  • Salt (if needed)

How to Make:

  1. Mash potatoes and mix in all ingredients.

  2. Form small round patties.

  3. Pan-fry with a few drops of oil till crisp on both sides.

  4. Sprinkle extra chutney powder on top before serving.

Tip:

Serve these minty cutlets in kids’ tiffins — no sauce needed!
