Grilled Paneer & Veggie Wrap with Chili Mint Chutney Powder

Ingredients

  • 100g paneer cubes

  • 1 small onion, 1 capsicum (sliced)

  • 1 tsp Zestora Chili Mint Chutney Powder (Add water or milk)

  • 2 tsp curd or olive oil

  • Whole wheat wrap or chapati

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix curd and 1 tsp Chili Mint Chutney Powder to create a paste.

  2. Coat paneer and vegetables in this mix; let it rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Sauté or grill on a pan until lightly golden.

  4. Spread a thin layer of the same chutney paste on the wrap.

  5. Add the grilled mix, roll, and enjoy a protein-packed, spicy lunch.

Tip:

Add shredded lettuce or cabbage for extra crunch.
