Ingredients
6 spring roll sheets
½ cup cabbage (shredded)
½ cup carrots (grated)
½ cup capsicum (sliced)
1 tsp soy sauce
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
½ cup Zestora Green Gravy (Add water or milk for dip)
Method
Sauté cabbage, carrots, and capsicum with soy sauce and salt.
Fill spring roll sheets with the mixture and roll tightly.
Deep fry until golden and crispy.
Serve with warmed Zestora Green Gravy as dip.
