Soft paneer-potato koftas in a creamy Zestora Green Gravy base.
Ingredients
1 cup Zestora Green Gravy (Add water or milk)
½ cup grated paneer
½ cup boiled potatoes (mashed)
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp cream
1 tsp chili flakes
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method
Mix paneer, potatoes, cornflour, chili flakes, and salt.
Shape into round koftas and deep fry until golden.
Heat Zestora Green Gravy in a pan, stir in cream.
Add fried koftas just before serving.
Garnish with coriander.
Serving Suggestion
Best with naan, kulcha, or jeera rice.
