Aromatic layered biryani with Zestora Green Gravy for a fresh, herby taste.
Ingredients
1½ cups cooked basmati rice
1 cup Zestora Green Gravy (Add water or milk)
½ cup carrots (diced)
½ cup beans (chopped)
½ cup peas (boiled)
½ cup paneer cubes
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp biryani masala
Salt to taste
Method
Heat ghee in a pan and sauté carrots, beans, and peas.
Add Zestora Green Gravy and paneer, cook for 3 minutes.
Layer rice over the gravy mixture.
Sprinkle biryani masala, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve hot with raita.
