Bell peppers stuffed with paneer-corn mix, served in Zestora Green Gravy.
Ingredients
2 capsicums (halved)
½ cup paneer (crumbled)
¼ cup boiled corn
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp oregano
1 cup Zestora Green Gravy (Add water or milk)
2 tbsp grated cheese
Method
Mix paneer, corn, chili flakes, and oregano for stuffing.
Fill capsicum halves and top with cheese.
Cook in oven/pan for 8–10 minutes until soft.
Heat Zestora Green Gravy in a pan.
Serve capsicum on a plate with gravy poured underneath.

Best paired with roti or naan.
