Mixed vegetables cooked in a rustic handi style with Zestora Green Gravy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Zestora Green Gravy (Add water or milk)
  • ½ cup beans (chopped)
  • ½ cup carrots (diced)
  • ½ cup peas (boiled)
  • ½ cup paneer cubes
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a handi or pan.

  2. Add beans, carrots, and peas. Sauté for 2–3 minutes.

  3. Pour in Zestora Green Gravy and mix well.

  4. Add paneer cubes, garam masala, and salt.

  5. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot.

Serving Suggestion

Best served with tandoori roti or steamed rice.
