Spinach and potato koftas served in creamy Zestora Green Gravy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach (blanched, chopped)
  • ½ cup boiled potatoes (mashed)
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 cup Zestora Green Gravy (Add water or milk)
  • 1 tbsp cream

Method

  1. Mix spinach, potatoes, cornflour, chili flakes, and salt. Shape into koftas.

     

  2. Deep fry until golden brown.

     

  3. Heat Zestora Green Gravy in a pan.

     

  4. Add cream and stir well.

     

  5. Place koftas in gravy just before serving.

Pairs well with naan, kulcha, or steamed rice.
