Ingredients
10 vegetable momos (steamed)
1 cup Zestora White Gravy (Add water or milk)
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp garam masala
2 tbsp cream
Method
Toss steamed momos in butter, chili powder, and garam masala.
Grill or roast for a smoky flavour.
Heat Zestora White Gravy and mix in cream.
Serve momos hot with the creamy dip on the side.
