Cheesy pasta with a creamy Indian-style Zestora White Gravy base.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cup cooked penne or fusilli pasta
  • 1 cup Zestora White Gravy (Add water or milk)
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • ½ cup mixed veggies (capsicum, corn, carrots)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Heat Zestora White Gravy in a pan, add milk to adjust consistency.

     

  2. Add cooked veggies and sauté for 2 minutes.

     

  3. Mix in pasta and toss well.

     

  4. Add cheese, oregano, and chili flakes.

     

  5. Cook for 2 minutes until cheese melts.

     

  6. Serve hot.
