Soft vegetable koftas served in a creamy Zestora White Gravy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Zestora White Gravy (Add water or milk)
  • 1 cup grated boiled potatoes
  • ½ cup grated paneer
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil (for frying)

Method

  1. Mix boiled potatoes, paneer, cornflour, coriander, and spices to form a soft dough.

  2. Shape into small round koftas.

  3. Deep fry until golden brown, drain excess oil.

  4. Heat Zestora White Gravy in a pan.

  5. Add fried koftas just before serving.

  6. Garnish with cream and serve hot.
