Restaurant-style veg kofta curry made quick using Zestora Red Gravy. Soft vegetable balls simmered in rich masala gravy—ready in minutes!
Ingredients
- 6–8 pre-cooked veg koftas (homemade or store-bought)
- ¾ cup Zestora Red Gravy (Add water or milk)
- 1 tbsp oil or ghee
- 2 tbsp cream or malai (optional)
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Method – Step-by-Step
Step 1: Heat Zestora Red Gravy
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil or ghee. Add ¾ cup Zestora Red Gravy and simmer on low flame for 2–3 minutes.
Step 2: Add Koftas
Gently add veg koftas into the gravy. Cover and cook for 4–5 minutes until the koftas are heated through.
Step 3: Enrich the Gravy
Add 2 tbsp cream or malai for richness. Sprinkle garam masala and salt to taste. Stir carefully to avoid breaking the koftas.
Step 4: Garnish & Serve
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
Serving Suggestion
