Crispy potato wedges get a spicy desi makeover! This fusion snack uses Zestora Red Gravy for an irresistible Indian flavour twist—ready in minutes!
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes (cut into thick wedges)
- ½ cup Zestora Red Gravy (Add water or milk)
- 1 tsp oil
- ¼ tsp chaat masala
- ¼ tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- Salt to taste
- Coriander for garnish
- Optional: lemon juice for extra zing
Method – Step-by-Step
Step 1: Prep the Potatoes
Wash and cut potatoes into wedges. Boil for 5 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
Step 2: Coat & Bake/Fry
Sprinkle cornflour, salt, and red chilli powder over the wedges. Toss gently. Air-fry at 200°C for 12 minutes or deep-fry till golden and crispy.
Step 3: Sauté in Zestora Red Gravy
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add ½ cup Zestora Red Gravy and stir until slightly thickened. Add wedges and toss well to coat.
Step 4: Finish & Garnish
Sprinkle chaat masala and a dash of lemon juice. Mix gently. Garnish with chopped coriander.
