Ingredients
- 6 leftover idlis, cubed
- 2 tbsp Zestora Red Gravy (Add water or milk)
- 1 tbsp oil
- ¼ tsp mustard seeds
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- A pinch of hing (asafoetida)
- Fresh curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander for garnish
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add hing, turmeric, and curry leaves.
- Add cubed idlis and sauté gently.
- Mix in Zestora Red Gravy and toss everything well.
- Cook for a few minutes until the idlis absorb the masala.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
