Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked basmati rice
- 2 tbsp Zestora Red Gravy (Add water or milk)
- 1 tbsp ghee or oil
- ¼ cup chopped onions
- ¼ cup chopped capsicum
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan and sauté chopped onions until soft.
- Add chopped capsicum and cook for a minute.
- Stir in Zestora Red Gravy and sauté gently.
- Add cooked rice and salt. Mix everything well.
- Garnish with coriander and serve warm.
